We ship through recognised courier companies for both national and international orders.
Domestic orders: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days
International orders: Usually delivered within 10–15 business days
Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.
Shipping Charges

Duties & Taxes for International Orders
Duties and taxes are not included in international orders and vary by country. These charges are typically levied when the product enters your country and must be paid directly to the courier company. Please ensure you receive all necessary customs clearance documents before making any payments. Modara is not responsible for this process.
Tracking Your Package
Once your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number and courier details. You can track your package using the consignment number on the courier’s website or via other tracking methods provided.
Non-Availability on Delivery
Our delivery partners typically make three attempts to deliver your package before returning it to us. If a product needs to be reshipped, additional charges will apply. Please ensure your shipping address, zip code, and mobile number are accurate at the time of payment.

For international transactions, we accept major credit cards.
